ANA RTW change of routing

ANA RTW change of routing
Hi,
I have an RTW itinerary w ANA on J, with this routing:
ORD-CPH-SVG (stop)
SVG-OSL-ZRH (stop)
ZRH-NRT-CTS (stop)
CTS-HND (stop)
NRT-SEA
I am thinking about modifying the routing, and remove the segments to and from CTS. I know about the 3K per ticket rule, which is fine. My question is if I removed the NRT-CTS-HND segments, is everything have to be rebooked - meaning I have to start from scratch finding award space from ORD again?

Called ANA, and removal of segments is considered routing change. The 3K per tickets apply AND the tickets have to be rebooked from scratch. The agent did advise that I could keep the segments but change the dates. That will not be considered a routing change.
