International connecting lounge access

If I book an international first class flight with an ANA domestic connection, for the domestic portion of the flight, will I get access to the Suite lounge or just the regular ANA lounge?

Basically, going from the US to Osaka through Tokyo, what lounge access would I get for the Tokyo to Osaka leg and the return trip Osaka to Tokyo leg?

ANA F flyers flying USA-TYO-OSA can access the domestic Suite lounge in TYO. Have done this several times. The domestic terminal Suite lounges are not very impressive.

Thanks! I found the website confusing because it said that lounge access would be available but didn't explicitly differentiate between the Suite and non-Suite lounge.
