Programs: Underappreciated US CP, nobody status with everyone else.

Kobe UKB, not on ANA site?
Either I'm losing it or there is a glitch but I was trying to book / check the timetable for Haneda - Kobe and in the drop down list it does not appear to exist. Does anyone have an explanation?

It comes under Osaka for some reason. If you select that route, the UKB flights come up as well as ITM and KIX.

Yeah, UKB, KIX, and ITM are all co-terminals for NH fare construction purposes so they group them together under "Osaka".
