Does ANA add fuel charge to star alliance award tickets?

Does ANA add fuel charge to star alliance award tickets?
I'm trying to find out if ANA add fuel charge to star alliance award tickets in the US?
I'll be flying within US and I did a dummy booking on ANA website but since I don't have enough mileage I cannot findout the total cost of this award ticket. I only gave me the mileage required (22K miles)
Booking a CO award ticket on CO costs me 25k and $5.00 on taxes. If there isnt a fuel charge I'm planning to transfer AMEX MR points to ANA for this award ticket.

I used ANA's Japanese site to check IAH-LAX-IAH on CO in Y: 22,000 miles plus 400 yen in 'total price.'
I think ANA now collects fuel surcharges on redemption tickets on Star Alliance partner flights on international routes when the operating carriers do not levy such charges on award flights.
