Milan/Venice airport strike tomorrow
No thanks to Alitalia (or AF where I booked the flight originally) but my flight tomorrow (Milan-Paris) was cancelled and the only way I had any idea was that online checkin did not work.
Luckily I was able to get through (via skype) to a US 1800 number and rebook on an earlier flight but Alitalia did not live up even to my low expectations this time.
