FCO & Alitalia Fast Track

Hello!

We are flying in to FCO on American Airlines from LHR. Then we have a completely separate ticket on Alitalia from FCO to Naples. Our AA flight arrives at FCO at 4:15 pm, and there is an Alitalia flight at 6:00 pm and another at 9:45 pm. We are currently booked on the 9:45 pm flight but wondering if purchasing an Alitalia Fast Track would enable us to make the 6:00 pm flight instead?

Any help is appreciated!

I’m not certain of this, but as you haven’t gotten a reply yet: It’s my understanding that Alitalia’s Fast Track is not for transit passengers such as yourself but only for departures that originate at FCO.

+1 for this

Also, your FCO transfer would likely take under 45 minutes so you def have a chance to be at the gate for the 6 PM flight prior to boarding... Not sure if you would be allowed to board without paying the change fee + fare difference

Have you considered doing the train to Naples? The journey is about 2 - 2.5 hours and a lot more comfortable than on a plane seat :)
