Is 30 June 2019 the current limit of the state support? Or the date was not formally approved?

BTW one of the indication of the Government guarantee extension is that airlines extended code-sharing agreement with Alitalia for the Summer 2019 timetable, for example, Aeroflot and Korean Air (the ones not participating in TAJV). However, they may have received individual guarantees of course.

Seems to be the case, but this is the only source I managed to find (an external link, but again the only one I could find):

It would be weird if KE participated in the TAJV, seeing as they don't fly transatlantic!!!

AZ appears impervious to reality; it will still be flying long after we are all dead

It also seems that Delta only want to take 10% of the shares...

Looks like no one is willing to invest in AZ. I am wondering why ....

This is not really good news for AZ as time is running up. Either a miracle occurs and AZ in its current setup starts earning real money, or LH - as the only one willing to invest after a reorganization - is performing a take over, or AZ will be history.

Anyway, AZ is still flying until, at least, the 30th June right?

Meh. The present government will keep AZ afloat no matter what.

As non-EU entities, the maximum they could jointly hold is capped at 49%....
