Will RO increase their OTP-FCO-OTP frequency as a result?

Hours after it became clear that AZ was scrapping this long-standing route, 0B (Blue Air) announced an increase up to 3 daily flights during the summer season plus a free snack/drink on their services to/from FCO/OTP. Nothing from RO, yet.

Yes, 0B jumped in, of course. But that will only cover the local trafic between OTP and FCO.
I was actually wondering if AZ will maybe have RO increase their flights to FCO in order to still have a feeder from OTP. It's been good to have two options (AMS and FCO) as a SkyTeam hub to connect in, when flying transatlantic. Now we will only be left with AMS (and the dreaded CDG, of course - but that is not really an option for me).

I would indeed expect RO to increase accordingly and make most of the connecting traffic - we'll see what happens in the next few days (AZ is scrapping the route from February 1st).

AZ/RO operated up to 8 daily services from/to MXP/FCO/OTP until recently.

One more that I have not seen reported yet:

FCO-ATH - Reduced from 4 daily to 3 daily in W17.

It seems that AZ are also adding a daily ATH-TLV rotation next summer (AZ822/823), as seen on ITA Matrix.

Correct.

I have also added Split, which will be a summer-only service. That aside, rumours suggest that SFO is due to be re-launched whereas other US routes will see an increase in frequencies, thanks also to 3 WB aircraft joining the fleet in the months to come (a 777 should be delivered by the end of this month followed by another one by the forthcoming summer and a 330 by the end of the year).

Is KRK gonna come back do you think?

I personally doubt that 488/489 will be amongst the summer-only services like in previous years. Last year, this mostly point-to-point flight was somehow justified by the WorldYouthDay in Kraków and even became daily at some point, if I remember correctly.

Looks like the partnership between AZ/KL/AF ends definitely and that KL/AF (have to) return their slots in LIN to AZ:
