Anyone else get the 15% off email AFTER the sale was already over?

Thumbs down Anyone else get the 15% off email AFTER the sale was already over?


I got an email for a flash "happy hour" sale with 15% off. I would ABSOLUTELY have used it. The only problem is that the sale went from noon to 3PM EST, and I got the email at 5:43PM.

Any Alitalia people on here listening?

I caught it with 90 minutes to go...
...and was able to snag a Business Class ticket after confirming that I couldn't get a Coach Ticket + Upgrade from Delta.

Gotta monitor your email.

When you received it could vary from when they sent it...

yes, but seeing that I know a couple of others on the mailing list and not one of them received it on time, either, it's looking like their bad and not the fault of cyberspace.
