That is the question that is this thread...

Well, dont tell PDXPremier but we have cookies...
Of course, SFO-PHX conveniently clocks in at 25 miles short of meal service.

Southwestern Corn Chowder
LAX AL 12:15 pm
Along with salads, Southwestern Corn Chowder is on offer today at the LAX Alaska Loung. Lounge was pretty quiet, approximately 12 patrons. I classify myself as a soup-aholic but didn't partake today. The bloody mary was very good, three garnishes & I ate 'olive' them.

I totally agree about the eggs. I asked for a small plate so I could cut them up and they told me they could not let me use one.

Yes. Eating those eggs was bizarro. I'm surprised nothing (that I know of) ended up on the floor. I was also disappointed that all of the "bready" type items were sweet.

Yum. I'm glad AS has resumed offering real food albeit individually wrapped, or served, at its lounges.
As for my mid-pandemic fave, DL is top on my marks with sadwiches/wraps, salad,, and cupnoodle, bar open. AS would take second place with soup/salad and snack offerings, UA,third with wraps/salad, and bagged snacks. AA? Laughable. Bag of junk food (rice crispy treats, skittles, cube cut cheeses with soup square crackers. peanut butter),banana and orange. bar open where permitted.

PDX AL 9-29 6:00 pm.
Offering a selection of snacks as self-serve. Drinks staff prepared at bar. Salads & Soup, Chicken Noodle tonight, on request, plated on real dishes with 'bendable' cutlery & brought out to you.
I love the S&P shaker.

Awwww, one of my favorite parts of VX's F class catering! I have 3 of those in a flying formation on a shelf in my kitchen. I'm kind of shocked that AS' AL @ PDX has a supply of them.
