HA (Hawaiian) Miles slow to post.

How long does it take for HA miles to post?

Sep 5th SFO to HNL posted but Sept 5th HNL to OGG, Sept 10th OGG to HNL and Sept 14th HNL to SFO have yet to post.

Is it time to send in the boarding passes?

Was it a qualifying flight?

See this link to see if you fare class/code is excluded from earning, otherwise I would call AS and ask if it can be done over the phone, thru web site etc.

H and S classes. Only K and N are excluded so I should be miles eligible.

I'd also call Hawaiian, particularly if you have a mileage plan w/ them as well. Even when I've made it clear 9 times ahead of time that I want it credited to Alaska, it still doesn't seem to happen without hassling them.
