Customer Care Kits

Hi all,

Over the course of the last six months I have been on numerous late or canceled flights.

My traveling companions and I have received numerous customer care kits.

I personally have received 7 total, I have chosen the 1000 miles offered over the $25.00 ticket discount.

My question to those in the know is

How long does it take for these mile to post to the mileage account?

It has been over two months since I mailed in the first one.

Any ideas on what to do?

Mine have always posted withing a week or two AT MOST.
