Reservations system down

Reservations system down
Well, I just called twice in the last hour and a half and the system was down. Now they are closed. You'd think they could keep things running during the abbreviated hours, at least.
Hey, Missy! Can you check and see what the problems was tonite? I hope you aren't stuck in traffic now that you're working a different shift. I'm going to lobby for it at the next Gold MVP luncheon. It will probably fall on deaf ears, but hey, they extended the Anchorage Boardroom hours due to feedback...

The problem was spillover from the problem earlier in the day

hmmm, I'm tech ignorant. The phones were working. I could get through. They could look at any reservation I wanted, but they couldn't make any changes or make new reservations for a bonus ticket or see availability or even look at flight schedules. It was weird. Sounds like actual I.T. problems not phone line.
