fare class from confirmation code?

fare class from confirmation code?
How does one find out their fare class when booking online at alaskaair.com? Does the confirmation code tell you at all... trying to figure this out with regards to comp upgrades for MVP Gold

During the booking process you can click on the fare rules link and it will give you the fare basis code(s) that apply to your reservation.
