How many Alaska miles do I get flying SQ EWR>SIN in J?
In pricing the fare I see it is a D class and it says I get 11,911 KrisFlyer miles. Does that translate 1:1 to Alaska?
If so do I get 11,911 x2 or 23,822 for EQM and then 125% bonus for being MVPG 75k? If so that would be 24K EQM and 53,599 base miles. Do I have this right?
The fare is $4600 RT and I can buy it using the Amex Int 5X so I get 5X MR points on the fare cost plus all the miles on Alaska. All in all seems like fairly good value points accumulation wise for a trip I was planning to take anyways. PE is $1400 and that is an even better value although it looks like I lose the bonus miles? On the partner chart is says no bonus miles for PE but being 75K gold do I get a bonus here or not since it's a partner?

From the Singapore Airlines partner page at as.com:
Mileage earned and elite-qualifying miles are based on a percentage of actual flight miles flown.
That page shows that D class earns 100% base miles, 100% bonus (a total of 200% redeemable miles). 100% base miles are EQM. No bonus miles for PE.
Your Elite Qualifying Miles are applied to the base flight miles.
The Singapore Airlines website calculator lists the actual flight miles as 9529 each way.

Thank you for the clarity. Makes sense. I got tripped up by the Kris miles stated on the Singapore website. I see the 9530 when I search on their calculator. Based on this I should receive 19060 EQM for the RT and 38120 total in my account as well as 23K + MR via the 5x Amex deal. 61K miles to use on future travel. Not bad!

I think jonnyz1245 already included that in the + 23k he noted in his sums to get to 61k; it won’t be another 23k to add up to 84k, unless I’m missing another 125% somewhere.
Actually I didn't include that 125% bonus and this where I have confused myself LOL The 23K is the Amex 5X MR bonus from charging the ticket to my platinum card.
Using Singapore air calculator we get 9530 miles each way for a total of 19060. Using the partner chart posted at Alaska.com shows I get a 100% Bonus for D biz on SQ which puts me at 38K into my Alaska Milage plan account. The 61K I mentioned was the 38 in MP + the 23K in Amex MR. Two different plans I know but since I use both heavily I look at the total as one. Are you saying I get an additional 125% Bonus on top of that for being a 75K Gold?

According to Great Circle Mapper the EWR-SIN distance is 9,534 miles one-way or 19,068 return.
For AS earnings, roud trip in PE or J(D) both earn 100% of miles flown as base (EQM) & both earn the 125% AS 75K Elite bonus as RDM.
For SQ J(D) cost $4660
There is no Class Of Service (COS) bonus (EQM) (SQ earnings are chinzy) but there is an additional 100% of base as RDM. Total earnings for a 75K
EQM = Base = 19,068 - 24.4 cpm
RDM = Base + 100% RDM bonus + 125% Elite Bonus = 3.25Base = 3.2519,068 = 61,971 - 7.5 cpm.
For MR $4660 5 = 23,300
For SQ PE cost $1440
All SQ PE fare classes earn 100% EQM as Base. There is no additional RDM bonus but the 125% 75K Elite bonus still applies.
EQM = Base = 19,068 - 7.5 cpm
RDM = Base + 125% Elite Tier bonus = 2.25(Base) = 2.25(19,068) = 42,903 - 3.36 cpm.
For MR $1440 5 = 7,200

It was a conditional statement, not a question.
This is not quite accurate. The bonus is a percentage of base miles (not miles flown), and you need to consult the earning chart to find the base miles.
And yes, I know that you know this, but some readers who are not familiar with elite bonuses might not.
The Elite Tier bonuses are independent of the earning charts.

Not sure the need to ask if the OP has AS Elite status.
This is correct. The Elite Tier bonuses are independent of the earning charts.
The 61K OP figure is collectively AS RDM + MR for future travel.

Thank you for the very thorough explanation. Very helpful! all told it looks like I would have a total between the two awards programs of just over 85,000 points?
In regards to the CPM's, what is considered a good deal in J? PE? Is 7.5 cpm considered good/fair/poor? I just found a ticket from SEA to BKK in March for 3500 RT in J (D fare class) on JAL. I live in PDX so that seems like a much better deal for me. I do 2-3 Transpacific's per year to SE Asia and with J redemptions becoming harder to come by it looks like I may be doing a combo of purchasing J or PE and redemptions for my partner and I.

For a cash ticket? Value is not really tracked that way. Rather, "good deal" is viewed relative to typical fares for the route. For SEA-BKK, I'd expect to see that normally priced between $4k and $7k, so anything under $4k is a decent deal. FWIW, I prefer flying SQ to JL, but that's totally personal preference. Note that for the TYO-BKK segment, JL still flies angle-flat seats a good percentage of the time.

Ahh okay got it. Thanks!
Good to know about JAL. Unfortunately I have seen nothing approaching even the $4600 fare on SQ I found out of EWR. ex SEA or SFO. they are all 6900-11K for my timeframe. I am somewhat flexible plus or minus 10 days but that doesn't seem to help. The $3500 on JAL SEA BKK seems to be a great deal. Both flights are 787's.

Since you have the Amex Plat, see if you can get it cheaper booking through Amex travel. Their IAP can knock a few hundred off the price if they have a discounted version of the fare.
Pre-covid I had booked a JAL J trip to TPE through Amex IAP for a little over $1800. THAT was a great deal. Unfortunately covid hit and I had to cancel for refund. I'm still a little bitter about that.
