And Year to Date shoiws Alaska mainline is up 4.5% and Horizon is down 36.8%. Netting the two is substrantial decrease.

Skywest is up 78%, which includes some AS. The additional 800,000 people going through the doors of PDX is a good sign no matter who they are flying.
