So are people seeing these post automatically yet? I don't really need the miles or the GGU right now, and thus am not particularly motivated to contact AS, but I don't want to miss the boat here, either.

My 50k bonus hasn't happened either. If I get ambitious, I may try to call, though it's not high priority.

I just realized my lounge passes have come through which is nice as I have an opportunity to use one this week. I had assumed they were tied to the elusive 50K bonus miles. I was told those would be in by the end of January so I guess I'll just wait and see. I'm not a particular hurry for them but the whole thing is kind of annoying.

Had to call for mine. After a quick check, credited immediately.

Hmm, I am just off the phone with Customer Care. She said that unlike prior years, the bonus miles will be posted by the end of this month.

The bonus selection for 100K? I was calling for the 50K for crossing the 75K threshold. It posted immediately and even backdated to the date on which it should have been credited, it appears.

Has anyone gotten this yet? I just hit 100K today, through calling to request accelerated processing a mileage credit request sitting in the queue. for great customer service on the phone; for having to request credit on most partner flights.

As for the 50K mileage posting, I got those in November on the same day I hit 75K status miles (no promos involved).

Just re-qualified for 75K (BA flights taken on December 31 2022 posted), and to my surprise both the level change took effect, and the 50K bonus posted immediately.

Nearly identical circumstances but completely different outcomes. I'm no IT expert but it seems it would be more work to create a system with three different outcomes than just one, right? Fwiw, I'm in the same boat as AKGirl59 and have been told, "by the end of the month." As I posted upthread I got my lounge passes so my annoyance is gone.... I'm now just intrigued as to how AS can bungle something that is so simple.

I received the lounge passes & GGU upgrades, but not the 50K which had posted automatically during prior years. I'm not sure what possible rationale could explain the three different outcomes for similar scenarios. Because, I'm in CA and get the benefit of the doubt? Kind of like, "hey, marketing is giving these guys the store, so mind as well give it to him?"

Clearly not, as mine haven't posted.

I suspect that anyone who had bonus EQM in 2022 has been flagged for some kind of manual processing.

It is very poor IT. Both UA 1K and Hyatt Globalist everything credited as soon as my qualifying flight/stay posted.
