Just in this thread there seems to be a general trend towards people taking a step down in status - myself included - I'm just 75K for 2023.
Exact same for me, many years of Gold or 75k, but due to promotions had 113k miles last year. I will organically cross 75k in about 2 weeks to that will be my status for 2023. Too bad, I like you probably got F upgrades 80% of the time and was pretty much #1 on the list when I didnt. Of note, today I got a set of 75k brag tags in the mail, I assume delayed from hitting 75k summer of last year?

My Apple Wallet card automatically updated and shows 100k with expiration of 12/31/2023. I didn't have to do anything.

Ive hit 100k for 2023. Im at 117k EQMs (without any promos) and 25 AS segs. I had to do a segment run to hit 24 segments on AS metal. Lots of miles from premium BA tickets.

As soon as I landed my MP account showed my 100k status through 2023, but it took about a week to get the email. No followup email about choice benefits.

I'm wondering if it matters whether or not one's miles include trips through California with the 50% bonus EQMs. Even if the EQMs are not needed maybe the system stalls? It's just so strange that some people are getting automatically/immediately notified and upgraded for 2023 while others aren't.

Somewhere above 75K, need to add 3 segments and about 3-5k miles to get to 100K, will probably do it during a Las Vegas trip at the end of November (maybe LAS-SFO-SEA-LAS or something).

Getting to this while *also* getting DL Diamond (3k miles short right now) and maintaining TK Elite Plus (need 10k miles by May 2023 to renew a couple years) has been somewhat of a challenge, but not too difficult. Will probably drop back to 75K or switch to AA for 2024, not sure.

Gotta be MVP Gold. 5 segments away from 75k but won't be in good position to take a run.

75 k from 100 k - delayed start of return to the mothership. I did one PAE promo and was hoping that would be it for mileage running. Booked sea-bos out and Back as one trip was canceled due to death in family. I hope that my final trip of the year happens to qualify, if not - oh well. This year has been gut wrenching and painful with so much uncertainty that it may not be worth the effort to end up as #16 v #8 on a WL for 0 seats.

Just over 47K EQM for he year. This will be the first time since joining AS MR will I not be 75K, so that's sad. Work travel just never came back for me, and I don't see it reaching the levels pre-pandemic. Now the hard work convincing my wife of the value in my hobby.

Flown + scheduled = 74K + 2K from CA bonus, so given this I’m okay for 75K, although not for the 50K bonus. Options for the needed 1K: 1) SDC two nonstops into two flights each, 2) fly an SFO-LAX/SAN/LAS RT, 3) spend $5K on the targeted Alaska card offer(?).

I'll end up just shy of 50K this year, dropping back down to MVPG. The 75K benefits weren't anywhere near the effort to push up this year. Was usually 8 or 9th in line for upgrades on flights, think I only cleared one upgrade all year. Still need to figure out what to do with my AA SWU.

YMMV with Option 1. AS is more stringently enforcing fare rules (e.g. maintain routing, connection / non-stop) and this may not always work.

I once attempted that recently. The agent approved it, but the supervisor kicked it back (rightfully so); however, I lost my original seats and place on the WL due to AS having to re-issue my original ticket.

Data point: got the requalification email from AS this morning (2 days after the requal flight posting - partner). My current EQM includes CA bonus, and I would be under the tier requirements without the CA bonus (and I would probably fly more

100k for 2023. up from 75k this year. will finish with about 110k - 104k organically for the choice benefit.

Already booked for about 52k EQM for 2023 through april 2023. I have a bucket list flight in F class on BA A380.....cheap upgrade offers! thanks 2.5x EQM! I suspect 100k requalification will be very possible for 2023.

I wish a benefit for 100k is roll over EQM so to keep us on "the wheel" after requalification. I would move business back to AS if they did.
