Yes, there are a few experiences detailed up-thread, but the short answer is you should have earned both bonuses (I'm assuming you're asking in reference to a past flight, since the CA promo has now ended). The important point to note is that each bonus is applied to the base miles rather than stacked/multiplied on top of each other or the class-of-service bonus.

For example, I flew PAE-SFO in I (which has a 50% CoS bonus) at the beginning of the month. Base mileage is 710 miles, so I ended up earning 2130 EQM broken down as follows:

710 (base) + 355 (50% CoS bonus) + 710 (100% bonus for PAE promo) + 355 (50% bonus for CA promo) = 2130

Data Point - I crossed 75K yesterday with bonus miles and organically on the same flight (only had 1250 bonus and did a 2500 mile flight). No emails, lounge passes or bonus miles as of this morning but I suppose I should be patient. Seems like last year it was pretty much instant. Hoping it's what Wolfpacktrojan says in post #147.

Barely crossed over 75k miles due to the CA bonus miles a week ago -- no emails, no lounge passes, no bonus miles have posted yet. I have another flight that would have pushed me over 75k excluding bonus planned for tomorrow -- will be curious to see if the benefits post.

Update: After crossing 75k excluding bonuses still no acknowledgement, so I called in -- agent confirmed she could see I was eligible and commented along the lines of it was strange that nothing had posted yet -- and indicated she would escalate to the team that does the manual reviews. 50k bonus miles posted this AM (two days after I called), but no other acknowledgement so far.

FWIW I got no acknowledgment of hitting MVPG other than the app updating and the ticket counter agent thanking me for my loyalty when I was checking a bag (and the FAs onboard as well). This was within 12 hours of my qualifying flight landing (had a same-day flight back).
