I am not even personally affected by this and I am annoyed by this.
Agreed!

I’d love to see no bonus EQMs.. keep things simple.

By January we’ll see the truth. I personally believe that anyone who is 100k, regardless of bonuses, will be able to choose CB.

I am willing to bet a mai tai that this is incorrect.

I highly encourage those who wish to have access to the 100K CB to not rely on bonus EQMs.

Crossed 75K yesterday but only have 72K if I deduct bonuses. No email or mileage activity with 50K RDM yet.

I did receive an email congratulating me on achieving 75K status for next year, but still no 50K bonus, so I think they are accurately pegging the bonus to the "EQM-light" 72K earned.

similar situation … got to ~77.5K (including ~3300 of CA bonus) on Sun; got “welcome to another year of status” email on Tues but no 50K RDM

flew DCA-LAX-SEA on Fri; 3265 base miles credited properly, but RDM bonus is still MIA

As another point of reference, I want from ~73.5k > ~84k last week, with ~7k EQM and ~3.5k CA bonus, so I made 75k with and without the CA bonus. I also got the "Congrats on 75k" email, but still no 50k RDM deposit. Looks like they may have some sort of hold in place for validating if the 50k bonus was earned when the CA promo was involved.

I qualified for 75K with the CA bonus at the end of October. I received the "You're a big deal around here." email and 50,000 miles bonus the next day.
A few days ago the 50,000 miles were taken back. I guess I'm not a big deal anymore.

How short of 75K are you without the CA bonuses?

I am still waiting for my last flown segment to post, and then I should go over 75K. That segment was flown last Tuesday night. Will likely need to manually seek credit.

I would be okay if I don't get to 50K, as that's the rule. I would be under 75K by about 5K without the CA bonus assuming I can get AS to post SEA to BOS flown flight last week.

I qualified for 75K during the promotion and didn't need the bonus miles to do so. My account reflected my new status, but I received no email or bonus. I waited a week with no update, so I called in to see what was going on. I was told that automatic emails and bonus miles were on hold for the time being because of the promotion, and all qualifications are reviewed by someone now. Based on the comments here, it looks like emails are still going out though, so who knows what is actually going on. I just received the bonus miles three days ago, but still no email. Hopefully it'll go more smoothly when I cross the 100K mark.

I'll add my DP. I qualified for 75K on CA bonus flight. I don't remember if I got an email, but the 50K bonus miles posted within 24 hours. I'm in the mid-80s now, so (almost) no risk of a clawback.

I think I was approximately 72K without the CA bonus miles.

Any experience whether the PAE promotion credits when concurrent with the California promotion?
