Thumbs up Blankets back on some AS F flights (June 2022)

Just off the redeye from KOA (6/7/22 departure) and the blue "quilted" blankets were pre-positioned at each F seat. Nice to see these back!

What other routes have these been sighted on?

I don't remember which thread, but they were reported to have returned a number of months ago.

Recent Transcon flights have had them but just like precovid it’s very hit or miss. Same routes may have it one day and then not the next. Alaska has never been good at consistency.

A recent SEA-EWR red-eye didn't have it, while JFK-SEA did. It is very hit or miss.

I saw one appearance on a JFK-SFO segment back in April, but nothing on SEA-JFK or SFO-JFK that week. I don't use them so I never really missed them. The last time I used a blanket was to cover a filthy gray/black VX seat.

OGG > PDX Tuesday afternoon had them - I'd gladly trade it in for a PDB

As 86 sea-sfo 6/8/2022

I flew AS 86 from SFO to JFK last night, and yes the packaged blue blanket was placed on each first class seat.
JFK seems to be fairly consistent with the availability of the blue blankets in first class flights. It is easy for JFK, since every flight is transcontinental.

How often do the blankets get laundered?! After every use?

Yes, after every use. They're laundered and then re-wrapped in a plastic wrapping
