SEA-IAD redeye (early Oct) unsurprisingly disappeared, and I got moved to the 4pm which arrives at midnight ... unfortunately I have an early afternoon commitment that day and *need* a redeye departure, and unfortunately I fat-fingered "accept change" rather than "continue" so I'll have to plead my case to a 75K phone rep

I did a preliminary search, try to push for AS1348 SEA-PHL (redeye) connecting to AA2842 PHL-DCA, 68min connection at PHL, given redeye usually arrives earlier should be an easy connection.

thx, I’ve been mucking around with a handful of possibilities including PHL but hadn’t looked at an onward AA leg

Several of my EUG-SEA-EUG segments in December have changed from an E175 to a Q400 so I am starting to doubt the Q400 going away by the end of 2022.

End of 2023, not 2022. https://www.seattletimes.com/busines...-growth-plans/

Thanks for the heads up. As someone who is new to AS, are these likely to be the last set of major schedule changes for an October trip?

Depending on the routes. Basically check your trip in the app by go into that trip, tap the refresh button, that will tell you whether there is a schedule change.

Check it every Sunday morning.

Slight change on two segments on November 5th; AS flights after a stopover on a partner award. JFK-PDX same departure, arrival 10 minutes later connecting to PDX-PHX departing 15 minutes later.

Called AS to accept changes. From call initiation to completion was 4m 10s.

Two changes in a month. Aircraft changed from MAX to 737-900 with bizarro seatmap - two sets of rows 1-4 and 6 and lavatory across from row 6 (first instance).

The app requested me to call in for a schedule change in the fall. An intra-California flight is now leaving ten minutes earlier.

75K line refused to book the AA segment but gave me SEA-PHL with no substantial pushback … I actually gave the agent a choice of east coast alternates — RDU, JFK, BOS — where I could connect to an AA flight, but only PHL was “in policy” (presumably distance-based)

unfortunately AA wants $300 for PHL-DCA as opposed to half that from the others, so it’ll most likely be Amtrak (now I’m actually hoping the PHL redeye cancels, as “policy” will likely let me switch to JFK)
