Edited to add: Glassware and warm nuts returned to First Class on November 4, 2021.

Shockingly good in F from KOA-SEA today, 8/2 AS854. That would be a Taro/Ube (couldn’t tell) roll, with the beef filet, salad, and a sort of passionfruit cake. Normally meals are decent, good microwave quality, but today was awesome. Great job Alaska! We did not get a cookie but perhaps the cake makes up for that.

Meal description (if given): Chicken (sorry, I don't remember the description)
Snack basket offered: Yes (left in the galley for open F use)

The chicken breast was dry, as expected, but still tasty. The saffron rice and lemon meringue were very good. Still better than what most other airlines are serving these days. No cookies were offered on the flight.

Snack basket offered: Yes
I thought the cod was...fine? To me it seemed mildly flavored and the cod was cooked well and not dry. Overall, it tasted like a lighter/healthier meal. Also, mine definitely looked less black than the one in gold10829's post. Our F/A also wrote different quotes for each of our meals which I thought was interesting.
No plated dessert meant the cookies came out, which ended up being southern toffee with nuts (maybe pecans?), and as expected, delicious.

Just completed LAX-DCA, another flight I purchased in first for $191 using the “QUEENJEAN” code last December. An excellent value.
Drinks were served with a decent sized bag of Chex mix, which was pretty good. I enjoyed a few of the Fremont Lush IPA. I’d pre-ordered the Roasted Chicken Clementine which is pictured below. It was pretty decent tho unremarkable and came with a lemon meringue tart. Service was very good and professional with a pass of the snack basket around an hour out of DCA.

Flew JFK-SEA this morning. Bought tickets in first for my family of three for ~$220 each last December during the big sale right before Christmas. Smoking deal in my book.
This was my first transcon since COVID, but things mostly seemed normal except the coffee was in paper cups. My wife and I pre-ordered the kale bowl, which we both thought was pretty tasty. My neighbor had the onion frittata, I passed on that as I hate onions but it also looked pretty good. My son pre-ordered the fruit and cheese plate, which came with yogurt. There was one pass of the snack basket about an hour before landing; I selected the pea-toes based on reviews here and was not let down. We landed around an hour early due to favorable winds, all in all a very smooth flight although JFK Terminal 1 is pretty sad these days.

AS810 SEA-SNA on 6/12 .
I was hesitant but tried the Bahn-mi. It was OK. The pickled slaw and Sriracha really made the sandwich. The bread was a bit too thick and some small bits were very soggy. Also, the banhmi had this sauce (Sriracha mayo???) that didn't really belong in a banhmi, imo. Overall though, it was fine. I woke up hungover that day so the carby bread was really appreciated. 😂

DCA-LAX, June 8, 2021
Breakfast: Kale breakfast bowl (other option was caramelized onion frittata).
This was MUCH tastier than it looked - I really enjoyed it! Excellent service from the flight attendant in First, who gave me a warm welcome as a oneworld frequent flyer.
LAX-CUN
Lunch: Entrée Salad with egg. (Other option was Beef Sandwich)
This was ok - the cauliflower was marinated in curry, which overwhelmed the flavor of the dish.

Saw this on a friend's Facebook feed and thought I would share it here (he's not a frequent flyer, or FTer) as he did two things: (1) Traveled on a unicorn that is a flight from JFK to the West Coast (LAX, in this case) and (2) also gave a great description of the vegetarian L/D option:

Flight #: AS892 - 11:50 AM Departure
Description: Beef Filet
Menu: Pre-ordered on the app (overheard people who had not preordered only being offered the F&C or the other option. Beef filet had to be preordered on this flight)
Snack Basket Offered: Yes
Both meals were delicious. The breakfast was very filling, as was the dinner. I know it has been mentioned before, but I can't get over the fact that it's a real filet! I would pay $35 in a restaurant and be happy. It's also great to see that even the disposable napkins retain the button hole.

You just order them when the flight attendant asks. So simple. Although the red cans of wine have been pretty decent, and certainly better than what the DL folks are drinking on non DL One service.

Here’s something I haven’t experienced before: flying SEA-LAS tomorrow with 5 people in First (there was 5 U space open when I booked a couple months ago so was able to use GGU!), and we have the choice between the eggs and ham wrap and a turkey protein platter. Neither are exciting, but all of us wanted the wrap. Went to select 5 wraps, and it says, “only 4 wraps are available”. Why would they place a limit if they know ahead of time how many of each item to load based on pre orders?

Food options for F per AS website.
As their SEA>FAI flight departs after 8pm, I don't think they will get hot food. It doesn't sound like there is food for F on flights after 8pm or red eye. If there is, I can't see details on the site and others have reported getting nothing.
The N and C lounges at SEA are currently open until 10pm. However, when I've been in there after 7:30pm the food pickings have been low. I've never seen wraps or some of the heartier choices, but usually SOME salad, soup, and snacks. Soup and salad can run low at times and it's taken a while to refill. That's my experience with evenings in the lounge.
I am curious to know as I have a few red-eyes SEA-ORD and PDX-ORD coming up in a few weeks. Would PDX-ORD is E75 any different in meal service too ?

However an article published by TPG 2 days ago, it did mention other other than fruit and cheese plate, it should also have a smoke turkey sandwich for flights over 1100 miles that are after 8pm and red-eyes

Side note: Not sure where TPG is getting his information, but there is no mention of red-eyes at all on the AS website if you look at the catering guidelines page.

There. Fixed it for you As you will recall, the usual container is a platter, no matter how cardboardy nor plasticy it may be.

Unless something changed, it's typically only Hawaii and trans con flights that receive the fruit and cheese plate or turkey sandwich (both in the usual containers, not plated). The PDX-ORD and SEA-ORD flights should have the snack basket. Be careful of the E175 flights at meal times because even if they qualify for hot meals based on time/mileage, they are only serving cold items presumably due to the lack of ovens on the Skywest operated E175s. I usually enjoy the E175s sometimes more than the 737s, but if I were on a route like PDX-MCI, I'd take the connection in SEA for the improved hot meal service (and the N lounge of course, lol).
Side note: Not sure where TPG is getting his information, but there is no mention of red-eyes at all on the AS website if you look at the catering guidelines page.

OK, an update. As it is now within the two week food order period for our flights, I've been able to pre-order the food for the PSP>SEA leg. We are given the choice of a Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi sandwich, the Fruit & Cheese Platter, or a Miso Beef Salad. The SEA>FAI leg does not offer a menu to order anything, I suppose since it doesn't depart SEA until 10:44pm.

Our resident expert, perhaps? PLH and LH red-eyes, which includes the ORD flights mentioned above.

AS Flyer only said that that PLH and Hawaii red-eyes would get the sandwich or fruit/cheese platter.....not all LH red-eyes which is different than what is reported in TPG article. For example, SEA-PHL as a PLH gets the sandwich or fruit/cheese platter whereas a long-haul like the ANC-LAX red-eye only gets the snack basket.

Oops! Missed that.....yep, you're correct. On a side note, I ended up switching a PHX-PDX flight to PHX-SEA-PDX and it looks like PHX-PDX is just a tad too short for the hot meals, but PHX-SEA qualifies (barely).

It's always best to take the word of an employee (especially AS Flyer) over the "reporting" of a travel blogger with no accredited source. Their information is often incomplete, or just wrong, as you've discovered.
