"My Trips" is now "Trips"

At least on the pulldown menu.

It still says "My Trips" when you open the page.

I could always add any trip even if it wasn't one of "My Trips!" In the APP the header is "Trips" which is appropriate since one of the Trips listed isn't mine.

I think the folks in the Delta forum have something worth emulating ... this could be the kickoff instance for the Alaska forum

no no no. This is not a rant. This is not a complaint. This is an observation.

The OP has spoken.

Actually, Tim the Moose is on SSDI and has been for some time. While he was at AS, he went to moonlight for another airline one day and got one of these:

This is why we haven't heard from him since.

But now you can see your wallet funds easier (in an additional location)....

edited to add - just noticed it is called Wallet on the pulldown, but "My Wallet" after the click.

When I click on Trips now, none of my trips show up...just get a message saying to check back later so perhaps Alaska IT is working on it

Given the pandemic, perhaps Mr. King has stepped in and taken control of Alaska IT?

Cheers,

Looks like they've reverted back to the old design

Only Alaska IT could spend a YEAR working on code for one page and manage to botch the roll-out...

I find it amuzing that whichever blog you read, the provider, whether airline, hotel, car rental, cruise company or rail, there are always claims that "they have the worst IT." One area AS excells in is the ability to change award reservations online with some favourable results. Maybe it should just be itineraries or bookings. That would cover Trips, My Trips, Family Trips, Our trips & their Trips too.
