Wait Times for AS Phone Agents

Wait Times for AS Phone Agents

I need to call AS to change a reservation that can't be done online. If you have had to call AS in the last day or so, would you please post how long you were on hold and the time you called. Thanks.

mvp sunday 11 am 1 min hold time
they have a call back system too

Right now you should be able to get through without much of a wait; the longest wait time right now is about 5 minutes. MVPs/Golds/G75K members are getting straight through without any delay at all.

So its an ok time to call for travel next week one cannot take?

Have a companion cert and GGUC's tied up with it... as much as I'd like to go

Yes; while we'd still like people to not all call at once - hence the request to only call if you're traveling within the next 72 hours - your call won't be turned away if your travel is next week.
