This is a very helpful report, because PP lounges often ask to see a boarding pass at entry, and a security pass to accompany an unaccompanied minor to the gate isn't a boarding pass. I'm glad to hear Alaska Lounge staff thought it through and did the right thing. I hope that's true of other PP lounges when it comes to unaccompanied minors and their escorts.

Like most things, OP could repeat this 3 hours later, get the opposite result and have nothing to complain about.
