Did a 2 min check earlier and all of my Jan & Feb flights were already booked at "Black Friday" prices.

On a related note, found it entertaining that AS emailed me to offer $39 and up Black Friday flights, whereas their site says $29 and up. Makes me feel better about constant challenges with coordinating marketing at our company... such a PITA!

Happy Thanksgiving/Black Friday, FFers. Wishing you short lines and good deals.

My estimate is that the email is based on your home airport. I believe the $29 fares were SEA-PDX. My email said $39 as well - lowest for SFO-LAX. Happy Tanksgiving!

Ah interesting—that would make sense for SFO. My home airport is DCA though. I wish we had $39 flights from here! Maybe one day, when AS (re)establishes a pilot base at JFK... I know, a pipe dream...

Home airport is OGG and I got the email saying flights starting at $39, so I don’t think this is home airport specific. For a second I though (hoped/wished?) AS was going to start an inter island service. Oh well!

How does AS determine your “home airport “?

Sounds reasonable. I wish I could choose 2 primary airports. I travel from 2 airports extensively.

Black Friday apparently doesn't apply to Bellingham or Vancouver.

Price for BLI-SEA is double that of BZN-SEA
