All my flights deleted themselves

All my upcoming flights suddenly deleted themselves from the app, and the website, has anyone run into this?

Oddly when I clicked on the beta trips link, they all showed up. But when I click Back to the legacy page and they all disappear again. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and that didnít fix it, I had to toggle back and forth between the beta page and the legacy page and manually add all 24 of them back in, then they showed up in the app too.

My first thought would have been to ask whether AS could have fired you as a customer, cancelled your FF miles/status, and closed the account.

Most, if not all, regular AS flyers would figure something was not going well with the IT, and not an immediate nefarious first thought.

I am reminded of the original AS online booking site. The first airline to have one, no? I was using either Mosaic or Navigator, and could only scroll down to the 29th or so of a month. I couldn't ever get it to 30 or 31. (Hmmm, never previously considered this, but perhaps the early IT folks were lunar calendar based.)

@Waitlisted any update on your situation? Were you able to resolve it with AS?

I was able to take all the bookings off the new site and manually put back in the old one, and then they reappeared in my iPhone App. Odd, I since booked two more flights and they popped right up, so right now have all 11 upcoming trips showing up.
