AS miles from 7/31 still haven't posted

These were 2 AS flts. How much longer would you wait before filling out a missing miles request form?

It says 7 days. If that's business days it means tomorrow, otherwise its already time. I'd just just submit missing miles tonight:

For AS metal, one week should be fine. Worst case they may end up posting on their own, as well as getting the manual credit.

I did that a couple years ago
kept watching for the claw-back which never happened, and would have ended the year ~300 miles short of MVPG without the double credit

About 1 of every 8 flights somehow never post for me. This has been happening for the last two years. I’ve resorted to keeping a separate log in google sheets so I don’t get screwed.

Last year, when an AS exec did a 75k courtesy check in, I asked him about this. He apologized, saying it does happen, and they recommend FFs keep track of their flights for this reason.

Posted a few hours after I submitted request. No response to my request yet.

This has happened for me a few times on VX coded flights (after AS ownership and before full integration) + AS/VX combo flights.

In my experience, AS flights ticketed on OAL stock never seem to post. Run of the mill AS tickets (no IRROPS, etc.) always post within 3-4 days in my experience.

I've had them post plenty of times. They usually take the full week, but they do post.

I actually had one last week where we couldn't check in online (2 pax on 1 PNR), and they checked us in at the airport. Her ticket was marked electronic, my BP said Coupon Required (i.e., paper). Her miles posted in 3 days, mine posted in a week. Same flight, same record. LOL

I had a flight back on 7/23 that was sold on an AS ticket with a domestic AS codeshare flight operated by AA. Miles for that still haven't posted, and I submitted a request about a week ago now. I'm guessing I'll have to call in to get my ~600 miles...
