My last flight, What went right. A positive thread.

Many things are routine and some things even go very well on Alaska Airlines.

On my last flight, what went especially well was the Flight Attendant. She was very aware of the passengers. Prompt and efficient. She even kept track of the seat switches in first so a mother could sit next to her son. A pleasant, smile and saying "see you on another flight" when leaving the plane. I hope I do.

I'd say almost 90% of the time on AS the service attitude of the GA, the FA and even the pilot who says thanks at the end harken to 10-15 years ago my memories of SW. Though on my recent DL, AA, SW, and way too many UA I've gotten some great, equal experiences as a whole they are so far behind. My experience on BR/MU/AC/HU are all superior to the big three when going domestic it is always AS! I'm doing it enough their better smile and attitude is why I choose them, beside the fact I live in the NW
