Although I don't travel with AS, my advice on BoB for any Hawaiian routes - Bring you own food if you can. BoB is costly, even more than the airport food.

i missed their hot food offerings (e.g. coconut chicken) as well. Their BOB cold sandwiches was no match to those hot food offering, and cost more, I have only bought BOB once since they discontinued the hot food choices,
