So where did we end up on this? I have my TSA Pre number in my Alaska profile, but the field is blank in my upcoming flight on the app. Am I covered?

Refreshed Alaska App

I recently messaged Alaska via FB messenger to ask about a bug in the Alaska app I encountered. They said they'd forward my comment to the IT team, and more interestingly they said a refresh of the app was on the list for 2019. With that said, what's on your wish list for improvements and new functions in the "refreshed" Alaska App?

My wish list:

checked bag tracking
Providing the baggage carousel number after landing
Make it easier to filter on upgrade fare types when looking to book a reservation
On the Book a Flight menu, make the Depart and Return fields one field/ selection (like the united app).

#1 booking with AS wallet in-app. It's annoying to have to always book on desktop.
#2 canceling a flight in-app.

Try having a corporate travel coordinator who puts the KTN in the redress field from time to time...

As far as I know, waitlist can come out blank and will not refresh if you accidentally click it before check-in. This error has been known for a few years now, I believe.

Heh. How about a stopwatch for the BSG that is automatically activated when the arrival ding chimes?

I haven’t had any pre-check issues even though the app doesn’t reflect my KTN.

Is your KTN in your profile? Sometimes the KTN isn't populated into the reservation. Call AS to inquire on your particular reservation and add it if it isn't there. If you have already checked-in, simply check-in again and your boarding pass should reflect TSA Pre after the reservation is updated.

Filter out Saver fares
Have the lowest fare in the date header reflect the lowest fare for the upgrade type selected.
Ability to search for GGU eligible fares and apply the GGU certificate(s)
