I should be at 10,771 once my PIT-SEA flight from Tuesday posts. My first year as MVP and I'm speeding towards MVP again much faster than last year. Of course, nothing compared to many of you, but I'm not a business flyer.
Between another SEA-FAT-SEA that's already booked and a likely SEA-BNA-SEA and at least one more SEA-PIT-SEA, I should easily get MVP this year, as opposed to last year when I made MVP by less than 100 miles!
Now to start doing some math to see if stretching to MVPG is feasible...

Currently:
18,958 BIS over 4 segments credited to AS. 5130 AS EQM & 20,340 total EQM (44,428 RDM)
Also 2 AS awards redeemed: SFO-NRT (F); NRT-BKK (J), and BKK-HKG (J); HKG-SFO (F)
If I fly everything I have booked this year (and nothing else) I'd end with:
61,282 BIS credited to AS (23,138 on AS metal) over 22 segments for 83,935 EQM and 203,823 RDM. Of course I will add some flights to that to get to 90k EQM

Been an unusually busy start to the year for me with work, 37,311 AS flown miles with 90% of that work. Taking a pause until August and then it might pick up again. Pretty safely Gold this year based on already purchased travel. If some other whirlwind of work picks up I might pencil out reaching for 75K but only if I get another 3 or 4 transcon/Hawaii trips requested from work.

Nicely done all! Your stats are inspiring blown away some of you are already above 100 miles - I’m slacking horribly actually depressed about it we had some odd family stuff happen had to cancel almost all my flights the last month so I’m still stuck at 22800 miles. I booked a straight mileage run sfo to dallas and bought first class on May 30th so I’ll pick up 5133 miles there and then I have a SLC flight I purposely booked to throw me all over the west coast mid June so if I can actually avoid cancelling all these I’ll hopefullt be around 34 miles by end of June and still have a shot at keeping MVP75 but I’ll probably have to do a few more mileage runs for the hell of it unless I can find a good Turkey airline and get some partner miles that way lol - anyway thanks for sharing you guys rock!

So I am trying to catch up did a near sorta MR sfo to dallas and paid for first so that helped and another business trip to SLC so now at 31 BIS miles might still have a shot at keeping MVP75 if I can close the year strong hopefully

25159 Alaska
50665 Alaska/Partner
38 Segments
Fastest Ive ever hit gold due to some overseas trips. Should be able to hit 75k, but with mostly shorthaul west coast trips rest of the year, I think Im going to have to go for the segments.

July updates?
i totally suck had a surprise surgery had to cancel my two flights I had booked for June - I’m doing a miniature mileage run SFO to New Jersey on July 1st to use my Caesars rewards free stay in Atlantic City but that will still have me slightly behind pace to keep mvp75 so I’m depressed. Hoping you boys and you gals are cranking some great stats to cheer me up!

After a few east coast trips I’m up to 41 miles on Alaska BIS for the year so I’ve made MVP gold, still have a shot at keeping MVP75. I got a little lucky had a paid first class flight from SNA you SFO we were late getting to the airport and missed our scheduled flight so they routed us through Portland kept first class on both flights and with the bonus I got almost triple the status miles I would’ve gotten with the original flight. My wife was pissed but I was happy turned in to an unintentional mileage run lol. Neat fact the rep told me they’re normally legally not allowed to route you out of California and back in to California on a free flight change but SNAPDXSFO happens to be one of the few where they can do it. Shout out to the amazing rep that spent an hour figuring it out helping me get home with triple miles and still in first class!
