Summer 2019 Schedule and Equipment Changes
PSA: Looks like the summer schedule has been finalized overnight. I had a couple EF alerts for schedule and aircraft that pinged this morning. Fortunately for me, my layovers in July all shrank and are still comfortable. Hope no one got hosed...
Perhaps this is also why folks were having reservations magically disappear over the past few days?? |

I just booked it for the round trip. The seat map shows 16 F but no premium class at all.

I recently saw some seat maps far out in the future on 739s that were showing F12 seatmaps and figured it was for potential equipment swaps this far out.

With the new retrofit of FC seats, they say they are expanding pitch to 40-41". Something will have to give somewhere if they're giving more FC space. 1 less row? I hope not!
|
As mentioned above, it’s just to protect for equipment swaps. The Max 9, like the -900/ER fleet has 16 seats |

back on topic
Lost our FC seats, sea>boi, because of an equipment change. Part of a longer itinerary. Offered $75 CS certs to fly in Y. Seems fair for a short journey.
Every trip in the last 2 yrs I've had on AS/QX has had a change. Very irritating. :td: |
Mods- Perhaps re-title this as first potential first revenue flight of the 737-Max9
|
Not quite ready for prime time... (Used July 16 as a test date.)

the map for AS310 only showed blue Main Cabin seats throughout (no Saver, no PC) when I booked a few minutes ago
|
I wonder if the website will distinguish the MAX from the 737-900/737-900ER as those just say 737-900 when you book them and the seat map is the same (i think?). Based off the fact the aircraft says 7M9 maybe the answer is yes?
