"ATC Delay" at ORD today (13 June 2019)?
AS 22 SEA-ORD is currently running (latest rolling delay) 2:40 late. Reason give is "ATC in Chicago."
Are there storms? Or ??

Looking out my window right now I see a beautiful clear sky. There have been ATC delays at ORD several days this week, which has puzzled me. A little rain yesterday and today but then it cleared up. Barely even a light breeze downtown. Mon and Tues were near perfect weather-wise. The other day FAA site said delays were due to “other/equipment outage,” whatever that means.
