I see they've added seats to the high tables at LAX, should help with some of the lack of seats during peak times.

Thanks for the photos of LAX. I do prefer any upholstered bar stools instead of the blue hard metal stools.

If anyone goes to the N lounge at SEA, check out the occupancy limit.

Is it enough food though to meet OLCC's ridiculous requirements?

What is wrong with people?
The kid's playroom at LAX wasn't removed, it was enlarged and took over the rest of the lounge

Was in the ANC lounge this morning. The bartender said they’re getting new carpet and new furniture later this week.

They told me on Thursday that they will be closed tomorrow through Friday to replace the flooring and furniture.

Looks like the D lounge is going down for about a full week - could be some more significant changes than just furniture. Here's the email I got from the lounge team this morning:

We're reaching out to let you know the Seattle Alaska Lounge in the D Concourse will be closed Monday, July 22 through Sunday, July 28 for renovations. We see that you are traveling during this time, and wanted to make sure that you were notified. Please note, our updated hours are available on our website.

During this closure, please also note that you can still access our two other Seattle Lounges, located in the North Satellite and C Concourse. We recommend heading out to the North Satellite to check out our brand-new 15,800-square-foot flagship Lounge, where you can relax by the grand fireplace or sip a local brew at the bar while taking in the best runway views at Sea‑Tac.

They're refreshing the membership fee, also

Effective the end of August, the spouse card goes away and self-only memberships go into effect. $450/person, $350 for Golds. So if I want to buy my MVPG wife a membership at next year's renewal, it'll cost $700 total as opposed to $545.

can we still bring guests in? No doubt they’ve invested in the product. And the N lounge at SEA is beautiful. But I also think the soft product needs improving. The complimentary food needs to be improved, even small finger sandwiches, and a few other lite bites would go a long way to improve the experience.
