In the last row of F I’ve had people in the first row of Y: - use the center arm rest as a foot rest - grab and shake my seat as they are getting up to exit their row - ask me not to recline so much - tap my on the shoulder and ask, “Hey. If you’re not going eat your cookie can I have it?” Bring back the full wall cabin dividers! VX had the best cabin dividers. |

Just saying, once I accidentally spilled some water down the back of my armrest (in F) when the passenger behind me had his sock-clad feet up on the armrest. Solved that problem. YMMV, though.

Delta is apparently doing the same thing. I haven't flown them, but theirs pops up on google, too. It's probably a pretty significant mass savings that will add up to measurable long term fuel savings. It might be the mass savings that lets them put the extra cracker in the fruit and cheese plate.
I haven't flown on an aircraft with it yet, but from the pictures it looks a little too minimal. |
I haven't flown an Alaska plane with a solid divider between First and Economy in years.
I have noticed that they have switched from the short fabric curtain divider to a plastic divider that only goes down to the seat. |
