Seems random but if everything else really is the same, I'm not sure what else it could be.

Has she made several more late baggage claims or other complaints than you?
PCOLL,
Maybe you are getting the "FlyerTalk discount".
Is your husband NOT on FlyerTalk?

husband and wife have equal # of claims for late baggage. (have not claimed any for quite awhile, AS has stepped up service)
Both have filed for damaged bags in the past, probably 2 years ago.
So, I guess that leaves FlyerTalk as the culprit!

What about the name on the card? I'm curious if they look at the name on the card and treat the cardholder differently. If so, corporate travelers and/or those who go through travel agencies may not get the same level of compensation either.

Also, this 3rd person stuff is hard to keep track of

Ok.

Not sure what To think but, as mentioned, caulk it up to randomness.

Got upgraded right at boarding yesterday evening on FLL-LAX (pmVX A320). I believe the FA was pmVX as well, but she offered choice of sparkling wine, OJ or mimosa prior to takeoff, and even a second round.

FAs gave out PDBs on this evening’s BOS-SAN. pmAS route, so it was a bit of a pleasant surprise, as I hadn’t received PDBs on this route in the past. Excellent service so far!

AS704 SEA-STL - Offered OJ or sparkling wine. 5/5 for PDB offers this year.

I noted the FAs name and will include a note in Alaska listens, as I have been.

Wow, 5/5? I don't think I've ever had 2 in a row.

2 of the 5 were QX, the other 3 were AS. The only inconsistency/oddity was a QX flight that only offered OJ or coffee and said they couldn't serve alcohol until in the air. This was a 10:20am departure, so I thought the sparkling wine would have been on offer.

I’m 3/3 on PDB’s. EWR-SEA, SEA-OGG, and OGG-SEA. In each case sparkling wine and/or POG mimosas.

If good point. I do have a perfect record on Hawaii flights. So I've had 2 in a row there.

AS315 PDX-SFO 5/25 orange juice offered (didn't particularly feel like asking about sparkling wine). Drink orders taken before TO.
