AS 322 SEA to SJC 5/22 - Water at seats but no PDB offered.
AS 329 SJC to SEA 5/27 - Water at seats and OJ and coffee offered. A little weird since it was a 1:50 pm departure with a lunch service but still appreciated.

5/23 AS 306 SFO to EWR: 7:50 a.m.; water at seat; no PDB offered--someone's old coffee at seat also

Water bottles handed out during boarding, nothing else offered. There was a mint leftover from the previous flight on my seat.

5/29 AS 741 BOS-SEA departs at 8:40am. Water at seat and offered coffee.

5/29 AS 201 ORD-SFO departs at 7:15am. Water at seat was offered. I was seated in 4F and boarded at 6:45am. No PDB offered. In addition, I was not asked what beverage I might want until 8:10am, 55 minutes after departure. I hate to be so picky, I feel as if I'm acting so entitled. But this is below quality from a recent experience on United, which is not expected. I had rushed to the airport and had not had the chance to pick up a coffee, for which I was in dire need.

5/29 AS 1331 SFO-SEA - Onboard now, water at seats, asked for sparkling and told "we're getting ready to close the door, I'll take care of you once airborne" at T-20, of course. I chuckled. She's getting written up.

5/29/19 AS 618 SEA-DEN, water at seat, offer of OJ (I think) and sparkling wine. UG row behind me asked for open bar right as boarding ended, was told once in air.

Bottle of water only.
Before closing the door, the flight attendants were not busy and standing around chatting away with one another and occasionally noticing passengers.
I know not to expect anything more in First Class so I had brought my coffee with me.
No hot towel.
Drink order taken before push back and the super comfortable VX seat worked, so who am I to expect anything more.

5/26 AUS-SFO: water at seat, no service. Watched lead f/a sip her iced Starbucks, check her phone numerous times and escape into the cockpit to chat twice during 45 min boarding.
5/26 SFO-SEA: water at seat, no service. Walked over immediately from AUS flight to board :45 min prior to dept. After 15 min of watching 2 f/a's chat in forward galley, got up and said I was getting off the plane to go grab a Peete's Coffee if they weren't going to serve any. They didn't care. After reboarding with coffee asked one of the f/a's what gives with the inconsistent pre-flight service. She stated: they (Management) change it so often...sometimes we do it, sometimes we don't. I guess they just didn't feel like it.

5/29 AS892 HNL-SAN: Full PDB menu of POG, POG mimosa, OJ, coffee offered. And that was with a lot of crew/GA back and forth up front. Well done, although it helps that HNL flights always start boarding early.
6/1 AS895 SAN-HNL: Nothing but the water bottles and no good excuse that I could see.
