Changing Award ticket on JAL close to flying date
Hello,
So, I have been looking to book a F ticket from SFO to Tokyo for the past 2 weeks. Phantom inventory has shown up on AS website which errors out "no space available". There is availability on coach for SFO-SAN-NRT. If I did book the coach award ticket and an F opens up on T-7 or anything closer, does AS allow me to re-book to F then? Anyone has done this before?
