MCI is 7.5k to 9k SAN, SFO, and SEA. Decent availability in April and May, although strangely little availability in March. (March in San Francisco? Is that peak time for them? San Diego I sort of get...)

I was looking more like mid-March. I know Sept/October is huge convention season for SF...wondering if March is too. I do not believe it is an NCAA regional site (?)...I don't think I'm running into hoops traffic. Wouldn't be a logical connecting point to any spring break party destination...at least not out of KC...
