Big price differences for same VX flight on VX and AS websites
I apologize if this is covered in different thread, but I couldn't find a thread specifically about price differences on the VX and AS sites for the same flight (mods, please move if I missed it).

one-way fares
VX site vs. AS site:
Main Cabin: $173 (non-refundable) vs. $299 (refundable)
Man Cabin Select: $329 (refundable) vs. $159 (non-refundable)
First Class: $299 (non-refundable) vs. $479 (refundable)
At the moment, that $159 MCS non-refundable fare is available on the AS site, but not at VX. And that $299 non-refundable fare in F is available on the VX site, but not AS.
The odd result for me today is that I paid $159 for MCS (non-refundable) on the AS site, and that's $24 cheaper than non-refundable MC on VX. I get how this happens with code share flights, with airline partners who cannot legally coordinate on pricing. But my understanding is that this is all a single airline now. One with two brands, merging into the Alaska brand, but that's an internal matter. Still one company for antitrust purposes.
