Did the caterers leave the rind left off of the Brie?

Flight Number and Route flown: AS 678 SEA-DEN
Time of Departure: 7:55 p.m.
Length of flight: 2:19
Class of service: First
Meal served: Snack
Meal Description: Beef with black beans and corn; served with two flour tortillas and a side salad (Newmans Lite Italian Dressing), with a cookie for dessert.

Same exact meal as Post 163, except this time the salad dressing was a Newmans Lite Italian dressing in a packet. Seems this route gets the same exact meal as I have had this a few times as well last year.

Flight Number: 514
Departure time: 09:45
Meal: Breakfast

I was surprised to get a meal since all I could see for this flight was "snack" listed anywhere I looked. It actually turned out to be a nice dish of scrambled eggs, black beans, chorizo, and crispy tortilla strips with some sour cream and salsa, and a side of fruit. Pretty tasty! ^

2/28 PHX-SFO 730a departure: Egg salad and a croissant. Guess someone went to a Circle K or QT and picked up some egg salad before heading to the airport. Wonder who’s bright idea it was to serve egg salad was.

2/28 SFO-PHX 415p departure: “Dinner quiche” and a salad. I asked the FA what the difference between the “dinner” quiche and “breakfast” quiche was and he just shrugged and laughed.

The SFO-PHX flight actually operated from SJC and AS was kind enough to let me know a whole 3 hours before departure, right when I walked in to a meeting in downtown San Francisco. That’s a whole different story.

On yesterday's 3:50pm SEA-EWR in first class (the dessert is one of the best airline desserts I've ever enjoyed):

The only "seasonal fruit" coming out of SEA right now would come out of a can, or a deep chill, so I find this amusing.

The presentation is nice, but 5 pieces of fruit... What happened to the Mexican seasoning.

Time of Departure: 4:40 p.m.

Meal served: Dinner
Meal Description: Turkey or chicken sandwich with a bag of potato chips. The sandwich came in a paper bag with a cellophane window, like the pre-made sandwiches at a grocery store. No cookie, no brownie, no napkin, no tray. Just a sandwich in a bag and a bag of potato chips, where handed out. Never had so little on this route.
