KS(Penair) to Alaska interline question

I have a reservation operated by both KS and AS. The routing is CEC-PDX-SEA. This ticket is booked on Priceline and I have received the ticket number starting 027. There is a PNR for AS and I could pull the whole reservation on AS (showing both flights), but there is no PNR for KS. Using AS's PNR could not pull the KS flight on KS's website. I called the Priceline and they told me KS doesn't have its own PNR since this reservation is interlined with AS. Is this true? Should I just check in at the CEC airport? Thanks.

Did you try entering the AS PNR at penair.com?

I did. The trip is not showing up at penair.com. I even tried virtually there and no luck either.

This cries out for a phone call to each operating carrier to assure that there is both a ticket and a reservation and that the two segments are on the same ticket. Anytime you are dealing with an opaque third-party such as PL, you need to have the details confirmed before you head to the airport. If either the ticket or the reservation are loused up, getting it fixed at the counter is a low-percentage proposition.

Back CEC-PDX was sold as an AS codeshare, the KS website would never pull up the reservation for whatever reason. I always had to wait until the airport to see my reseevation.

I would imagine that you could call KS and ask though.
