AS elite status using Visa Infinite Benefit

Does anyone know if our elite status still kicks in even though we book tickets through this 3rd party site for the visa infinite air benefit? (Ritz Carlton CC)

Thanks,

What’s this perk? I haven’t heard of it anywhere.... is it just MVP status, MVPG?

I assume just on the Ritz VISA Infinite card and not the Sapphire Reserve version...

OP is talking about using the $100 discount on airfare purchased for two people through a third party website provided to certain Visa Infinite cardholders. (CSR is not eligible). Doesn’t have anything to do with elite status.

It's still a revenue ticket, and the value on the ticket is pre-discount. The discount comes from Visa, so all miles post as expected. This is the case for all airlines.
