I flew home to TUS this Saturday. The DGS agent took care of the gathering the info for me. They were also really nice in getting me back my bose headphones that I stupidly left in the seat pocket. Now I have to see how long it takes for the miles to post.

I've seen it all over the map:
- No line because nobody claims it
- Taking forever because they wanted to document the bag tag info
- Running out of forms so they had to do CS comp for each person which took a while
- To shaming passengers because they were only a couple minutes over 20 (nice try, gimme my cert).
