Here is what we have been waiting for, the first QX E175 (N620QX) is currently in the air and headed to the U.S. from Brazil!!

It's a time traveling machine. Flight Aware says the plane landed 8 years ago! ;)

Too bad they can't fly 2450 miles with passengers. It's a Great aircraft.

Will these differ in hard product from Skywest 175s?

Glad to see QX is working on new routes ;)

I think they are exactly the same.

Hopefully there'll be a little more branding on the interior. The interior of the Skywest birds aren't super inspiring looks-wise.

I had read somewhere in one of the forums here re the QX E175s that the F galley would be slightly larger to accommodate a better F service - glasses, etc.

I asked a FA on an AS/OO E175 I flew recently if she knew about that. She said she did and heard the closet in F would be either taken out or made smaller to allow the F galley to be made larger in the QX variant.

Correct, there will be some differences, including additional storage in the galleys to accommodate a service comparable to the mainline equipment.

The QX E175s will also have power in Y though the first airframe may operate a few weeks without it.

For those keeping score, N620QX will be landing in PDX in about an hour (0900ish PDT).
