I may tweet at them and see if they can do anything. But I am mostly past the point of caring given how my last couple trips have gone on AS and their general ignoring of extending useful benefits to existing MVPs traveling on VX metal.

I am an Elevate member but not an Alaska member, didn't receive an email. Enquired to Alaska on twitter and they said I wasn't eligible. Supplied screenshot showing active Virgin account and they said that Virgin had told them I wasn't eligible so speak to them. Contacted Virgin and they said I wasn't eligible as there's no flight activity on my account. Disappointing but you win some you lose some I suppose.

After receiving an error message the first five times I tried to link my accounts, I finally did so successfully last Thursday 1/12. Miles posted last night 1/18.

Got error message on two accounts in our household - had to call in and then click through original email. My account was credited immediately but my partner's took about 7 days!

Had a VX and AS account. I took the 10k points and linked my account. Points showed up in one day

Still waiting. Can't link account (error message), no email and no action from AS yet. Very disappointing.

Addendum: Just sent email.
