Does anybody have any problems logging into the mobile app? I keep getting "an unexpected error occurred while communicating with Alaska Airlines". I hope I am not the only one

Had an active Alaska Airlines account, but no activity in the last 18 months in my Virgin account.
Still no points
Was told on Twitter that I wouldn't be eligible for the 10K due to lack of activity in the Virgin account.
Rats, knew I should have signed up for the 500 Virgin point mailing list back in the Fall, but had forgotten to do it.
