One person shows cleared from standby upgrade list, and all seats assigned
Expect to die #3 on the standby list
I had not been assigned a premium seat. About T-3 I noticed an open premium seat on the seating chart, re-ran checkin and was able to grab the premium seat, bypassing one person ahead of me on the standby list who did not have a premium seat. So apparently no integrity of the premium standby upgrade list during OLCI window. Wonder if F is the same...

9/30/17 SAN-HNL AS895 75K (+Companion Non-Status) Cleared 1 seat into F at the gate but declined
Cleared into Premium Class
1st on list for F, called to podium and declined as there was only one seat available...
I think they went down quite a ways before they got a taker (onboard, couple split up)

This is my third flight in a row where 2 seats are available for sale at T-24 and no one clears from the standby list. It makes me feel suspicious about shenanigans. It seems unlikely that 2 F seats are being sold day of departure for 3 flights in a row

10/11 AS511 LAX-PDX MVPG rebooked from VX T-3hours, cleared immediately into F after MP# was entered by the great AS twitter support!
ETA: Went out with 7/12 F seats on this 738 empty. Cabin was freezing on this blanketless flight but didn't care since I had my VX nap pack duvet.

Well this was an odd one. Lost seat assignment (6F) according to the app, said I was upgraded. Gate agent said not upgraded and low on the list. Showed the app stating upgrade cleared so he gave me a seat. Not sure how that happened but its good thing I make it to the gate area early enough. Sorry to whoever was next on the list.
